Genna Sweetnam is an Orlando based fine artist, specializing in and having cultivated her own style of abstract expressionism. Her intent as a painter is to connect to her intuitive unconscious, enabling her artistic hand to respond in synchronization with the outpourings of emotion onto canvas.

Genna's evolving body of work is focused on visually expressing what she imagines is stirring beneath our skin, beautifully orchestrated visual symphonies, a culmination of our emotions, feelings and thoughts that swim along the boundary of our bodies. Through the use of her organically-created mark-making, ethereal gold leaf detail and choice of color palette, her work expresses the universes within us, that are us.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in studio art, Genna embarked on her artistic career in 2020, where she debuted her first body of work which garnered significant attention from her online audience and quickly sold out. Building on this success, Genna has since been dedicated to crafting captivating and thought-provoking collections, consistently releasing them on her website.
